What is the typical lead time?
Standard lead time is 7–15 business days depending on complexity and quantity. Rush orders are available upon request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No strict MOQ. We welcome prototype orders as well as large-volume production runs.
Do you provide quality certificates?
Yes. We provide material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and surface treatment reports upon request.
Can you work from my drawings or samples?
Yes. We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF files. We can also reverse-engineer from physical samples.
