Our Surface Treatment Capabilities
From corrosion protection to decorative architectural finishes, we combine process control with full material traceability so the coating performs as well as the part beneath it.
Powder Coating
Electrostatic powder coating in any RAL or Pantone color, cured at 180-200°C with a film thickness of 40-120 µm. Delivers excellent corrosion and UV resistance for both indoor and outdoor applications, with a uniform, chip-resistant finish.
Anodizing
Type II (decorative) and Type III (hard) anodizing for aluminum alloys. Improves wear resistance and dielectric properties, and allows black, red, blue, gold and natural coloring. Typical thickness: 5-25 µm decorative, 25-100 µm hard.
Electroplating
Zinc (blue, black or yellow passivate), nickel, chrome, copper and gold plating to enhance corrosion protection, solderability, electrical conductivity and appearance. Plating thickness is controlled to your drawing requirements.
Sandblasting & Polishing
Glass-bead and alumina blasting for matte texture and coating adhesion prep, plus mirror polishing (Ra < 0.1 µm) and brushed (No.4) finishes for stainless steel and aluminum.

Materials & Compatibility
Aluminum 6061 / 7075, stainless steel 304 / 316, carbon steel, brass, titanium and magnesium alloys are all supported across our finishing lines.
Quality & Certifications
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified. We perform salt-spray testing up to 1000 hours, coating-thickness gauging and cross-cut adhesion testing per ASTM D3359.
