关于常合鑫 CHX Metal

常合鑫精密五金（CHX Metal）成立于2013年，位于深圳宝安沙井，专注精密CNC加工与定制五金件制造。工厂配备220台生产设备（含进口五轴联动），加工公差可达±0.005mm，通过ISO 9001:2015与ISO 14001:2015认证，产品出口多个国家和地区。

Last updated: January 2025. By placing an order with CHX Metal, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to written confirmation. CHX Metal reserves the right to decline any order. Orders are binding upon issuance of a purchase order confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance before shipment. T/T bank transfer preferred. Other arrangements by agreement.

3. Delivery & Lead Time

Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. CHX Metal is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, material shortages or shipping carrier issues.

4. Quality & Warranty

All products are inspected before shipment. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

5. Intellectual Property

Customer drawings and designs remain the property of the customer. CHX Metal will not share or reproduce designs without written consent.
