Every batch we cut from 7075, 2024 or Ti-6Al-4V ships with the mill test certificate, heat number and full first-article report; dimensions hold at plus or minus 0.005 mm on 220 machines in Shenzhen, prototypes in 3 to 7 days.
What buyers actually audit on a first order
Nobody audits our posters. They audit whether the heat number on the raw bar can be followed through every operation to the inspection report. That chain - mill certificate, receiving log, tool-room routing, final inspection sheet - is what we build before the first chip is cut, and it is what we hand over with the parts.
Materials and traceability
7075-T7351 plate and 2024-T3 for structural fittings, Ti-6Al-4V for weight-critical links, 15-5PH and 17-4PH where corrosion meets strength. Bar and plate arrive with EN 10204 3.1 certificates; the heat number is transferred to the first-operation traveler so parts stay traceable even after anodizing, which we subcontract under the same documentation rules.
First-article inspection that survives review
Our FAI reports list every drawing dimension with the actual value and the measuring method - CMM for datums and positions, micrometers and gauges where they are the honest tool. If your quality department has a report template, send it with the RFQ and we will fill yours instead of ours; that saves a review cycle.
Shipping terms and schedule honesty
We ship EXW Shenzhen - we are happy to recommend reliable freight forwarders who handle aerospace documentation daily. Prototypes run 3 to 7 days, production 7 to 15; when a schedule slips, we tell you the same day it becomes visible, not the day it is due.

Can you provide full material traceability?
Yes - mill test certificate with heat number, receiving record, and a traveler that follows the batch through every operation. Parts and paperwork ship together.
Do you hold aerospace certifications?
No IATF 16949, no AS9100. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and we would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise. Program-level requirements are discussed openly before quoting.
What is your minimum order for a first article?
One piece. We quote FAI on a single part so you can qualify the process before any batch commitment.
Can you handle tight-tolerance titanium?
Ti-6Al-4V with plus or minus 0.005 mm on critical features is regular work for us. Wall thicknesses below 0.6 mm in titanium are quoted case by case.
