EU compliance: RoHS, REACH and material declarations

Parts are produced to be RoHS (2011/65/EU) and REACH (EC 1907/2006) aware. We supply material declarations and SVHC statements for the substances we control, and can source RoHS-compliant platings, anodizing and passivation on request.

Where a finished assembly must carry CE marking, we machine and document the components so your own conformity assessment is straightforward — the CE declaration itself rests with the entity that places the product on the EU market.

Metric drawings and EN / ISO / DIN standards

We work to metric (SI) drawings with GD&T to ISO 1101 and metric threads to ISO/DIN. Standard tolerance is ±0.005mm on critical features, verified by CMM and reported per batch.

Shipping and customs to the EU (DDP, EORI, VAT)

We quote FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP to your European address. For DDP we handle freight, insurance and clearance through our forwarder and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes your broker (or ours) needs, including your EORI number and VAT treatment where required.

Air freight reaches major EU hubs in 6–9 days; sea freight runs 30–40 days for larger batches.

Quality documents European customers expect

FAI report, CMM dimensional report, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, batch traceability and material declarations are standard on request. IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 are being implemented and are not claimed as held.

In-house finishing covers anodizing, zinc and nickel plating, passivation, black oxide, powder coating and laser marking.
