Low to Mid Volume, No Tooling Cost
Aftermarket runs rarely justify a die or a mould. We machine directly from billet or extrusion, so there is no tooling cost and no minimum die quantity — viable from a single part up to a few thousand pieces. That suits prototype fitment checks, small production batches and one-off customer builds alike.
From a Scan or a Sketch to a Finished Part
Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample. For samples we reverse-engineer the geometry by 3D scanning, then return a DFM report with wall thickness, thread and tolerance advice within 24 hours. Programs are simulated before cutting so the first part is usable.
Materials & Finishes for Auto Parts
Aluminum 6061 gives a good balance of strength and machinability; 7075 is used where higher strength is needed for structural brackets. Typical finishes are Type II and Type III anodizing (clear, black or custom colours), powder coating, sandblasting and laser engraving for logos and markings.
Why Buyers Choose CHX Metal
CHX Metal is an ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Shenzhen with 220 CNC machines, 5,000 m² of floor space and exports to more than 50 countries. Milling, turning, 5-axis and Swiss-type machining are all in-house, so one supplier covers the whole part instead of a chain of subcontractors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you machine custom aftermarket parts from a physical sample? Yes. We reverse-engineer the geometry by 3D scanning and return a DFM report before machining.
What quantities do you support for aftermarket parts? From a single prototype up to a few thousand pieces per batch, with no tooling or die cost.
Which materials and finishes are available? Aluminum 6061, 7075 and 5052, with Type II/III anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting and laser engraving.
How fast can you quote a modification part? Engineering teams review drawings and samples and return manufacturability feedback within 24 hours.
