First article is inspected and reported before batch release, and every shipment includes dimensional inspection reports and material certificates. Prototypes ship in 3-7 days; production in 7-15 days.
About the Factory
CHX Metal operates 220+ CNC machines including imported 5-axis centers and Swiss-type lathes, verified by a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified management systems in Bao’an, Shenzhen - 20 minutes from the airport and one hour from Yantian Port.
