Custom, OEM and ODM — what we do

From drawing or from sample
Most projects start from a 2D or 3D file — DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF or a CAD export. If you only have a physical sample, we measure it and rebuild the geometry, then confirm the drawing with you before production. Either way our engineers return a manufacturability (DFM) review with the quotation, so cost and tolerance issues surface before tooling.

One-stop: machining plus finishing
Because turning, milling, 5-axis machining, deburring and surface treatment are in-house, you avoid shipping parts between subcontractors. Available finishes include anodizing, zinc and nickel plating, passivation, black oxide, powder coating and laser marking, so the part arrives ready to assemble.
Quality and documentation
We hold ±0.005 mm on critical features, verified on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Every order ships with an inspection report; critical dimensions are checked on first article, at batch start and at final release. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are standard, and PPAP/FAIR documentation is available on request.
