Quality documents with every shipment
First-article inspection (FAI), CMM dimensional reports, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and batch traceability are available as standard, together with PPAP-style documentation where a program requires it. Surfaces and critical features are verified before packing.
How to start a turnkey program
Send the drawing package (STEP / IGES / DXF / PDF), annual volume, target unit cost and any certification or documentation requirements. We reply with a manufacturing plan, lead times and a quotation. A mutual NDA is signed before drawings are exchanged.
