Materials for CNC Milling
We mill aluminum 6061, 7075 and 5052, stainless steel 303, 304 and 316L, carbon and alloy steel, brass, copper and titanium, as well as engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK and ABS. Material selection advice is included with each quote — for example 6061 for general parts, 7075 where higher strength is needed, and 316L for corrosion resistance.
3-Axis, 4-Axis and 5-Axis Milling
Three-axis milling covers the majority of prismatic parts — plates, brackets, housings and covers — at the lowest cost. A fourth axis adds rotation for cylindrical features and multi-face parts in one setup, and five-axis machining reaches undercut features and complex angles in a single fixturing. Parts are quoted on the simplest process that holds the drawing tolerance.
Precision, Inspection and Finishing
Machined dimensions are verified with CMM and optical inspection against the drawing, with dimensional reports available on request. Surface finish ranges from Ra 0.4 µm on sealing faces to Ra 3.2 µm on general features. Finishing — anodizing, zinc and nickel plating, passivation and powder coating — is arranged as part of the same order.
Lead Time, Volume and Packaging
Prototypes ship in 3–7 days and production batches in 7–15 days, with surface treatment adding 5–10 days. Parts are deburred, cleaned, protected against corrosion and packed in trays or EPE foam for international shipping from Shenzhen.
